satisfactory visit
attentive staff vegetarian breakfast valet service key card
the staff in the cafe on the first floor were attentive to my needs. they even arranged for the chef to prepare a vegetarian breakfast burrito for me. my cappuccino was served hot and tasted perfect.
the valet service did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this standard. i also found that elevators did not require key card access to specific floors.

quick service valet parking stylish decor
the front desk offered quick service upon arrival i was greeted warmly the valet parking was convenient and efficient the lobby displayed stylish decor. the location has accessible routes to nearby attractions. the hotel provided a satisfactory experience overall.
some hallway areas seemed a bit cool .

old plumbing no support
The location was ok and the staff was nice.
I was really looking forward to my stay, but the experience was disappointing. Old plumbing meant the toilet stopped working. I paid for breakfast online, but they still charged me. No one was available to fix it for half the day. This caused frustration and inconvenience.

insane amount of dust broken refrigerator
the location was acceptable the hotel was easy to navigate.
the room was not clean i found an insane amount of dust around the bed also the refrigerator did not work properly i informed the front desk that i needed to refrigerate food but they said there were no backup fridges available i had to buy coolers and ice at a liquor store.
